The fitness center is open every day from 4:30 AM to 11 PM.
Monday: Strength & Conditioning @ 8:45 am at the Fitness Center
Tuesday: Yoga @ 8 am in the Clubhouse, Strength & Conditioning @ 7 pm in the Fitness Center
Wednesday: Strength & Conditioning @ 8:45 am at the Fitness Center
Thursday: Yoga @ 6:30 pm in the Clubhouse, Strength & Conditioning @ 7 pm in the Fitness Center
Friday: Strength & Conditioning @ 8:45 am at the Fitness Center
