The Overlook Room | Seats 140, or up to 100 with dance floor 3D Tour
The Overlook Room can seat up to 140 guests and is attached to our Veranda, which can be added on to any Overlook Room event to increase capacity by 40-60 people. This space can be customized to suit your individual events needs with the ability to be partitioned into 3 smaller rooms/meeting spaces for a more intimate experience. Special occasions, weddings & rehearsal dinners, celebrations of life, luncheons, large company parties and seminars, or the end of year company holiday party. This space can do it all!
Pub 23 | Seats 48 3D Tour
Pub 23 can seat up to 48 for served lunches and dinners, or be set up for casual parties and events. The space is great for investment meetings, business luncheons and its built in bar area makes it the perfect place for a cocktail party or small group gathering. Add-on the Pub Extension to increase capacity by an additional 60 people.
The Pub Extension | Seats 60 3D Tour
Connected to Pub 23 by French doors, this room is great to transition from the pub to a more formal setting for a served meal, or to use by itself for Luncheons and Dinners. It can seat up to 60.
The Veranda | Seats 35, or in rows up to 100 (for Weddings)
Our deck that’s attached to the overlook room has views of our beautiful course with tables and seating for over 35. It can also be cleared off for wedding ceremonies and seat up to 100 in rows.
The Lounge 3D Tour
The Lounge connects to both the men’s and women’s locker room. Providing a pool table, TV, sectional sofa, and room for hang-outs. It also attaches to an open multi-purpose room with outdoor access, perfect for event prep, storage, or whatever you may need!
